The 2016 featured Chef was Josh Raymer, owner of Joju Bakery in Fredericksburg.

Artisan bread baker and wine country pizziaolo
Former chef and owner of the Navajo Grill, and founding member of the chefs collaborative in Fredericksburg, Texas. He is a member of the Fredericksburg Farmers Market and hearth baker for many local restaurants. Chef Raymer is known for his ingredient driven cuisine. He has been at the center of the local food and wine movement in central Texas for the last decade.

Mr. Raymer will prepare three dishes, each paired with wine, for guests to sample. Raymer will take you through the steps and share the recipes. Cost will be $25 per person and limited to 25 people.
